Functional Nutrition & Mindset Coach for Women 40+
I’ve always been passionate about helping women feel their best—inside and out. But my real wake-up call came in my late 40s when I hit menopause hard. My hormones were tanked, and I spiraled into clinical depression. It wasn’t until I worked with a functional medicine practitioner—who started me on hormone replacement therapy and key supplements like vitamin D—that I began to feel alive again.
A few years later, I was feeling great, back to working out, and finally feeling normal. But when I stopped HRT due to cost, I realized I needed a sustainable way to stay healthy without relying solely on medications. That’s when I dove deep into the science of hormones and metabolism, and everything physically started to click—functional nutrition was one of the missing pieces.
In the process of learning to heal my body, I discovered there was yet more healing to be done. I realized that I could not remember ever experiencing joy due to past childhood trauma. Learning about the different forms of trauma, specifically intergenerational trauma, and the impact it has on the body, I began to seek healing. I found a biblical trauma coach to work with and the Lord has saved some of his most precious moments of healing for me in my 50's. After 33 years as a nurse, I am now certified as a Biblical Trauma Recovery Coach through NIW Ministries, a Functional Nutrition Specialist, PN-1 Coach, and a Transformational Macro Coach—blending faith-based support with science-based nutrition to help women transform their health.
My Philosophy & Approach
My approach to healing begins with faith first. I believe true transformation starts when we invite God to gently reveal the false core beliefs and narratives that have shaped how we see ourselves, our bodies, and our worth. Because trauma is stored in the body, healing happens when a person feels heard, emotions are safely regulated, and truth replaces false narratives—allowing the body to finally process and restore itself as it was designed to do. This work is often difficult to navigate alone, which is why faith-based coaching provides a supportive and guided path toward healing.
Many women carry stories rooted in fear, shame, or striving — beliefs that quietly drive stress, self-sabotage, and disconnection from their bodies. Before change can last, these beliefs must be brought into the light and replaced with truth.
Once we’ve rooted ourselves in faith and truth, functional nutrition becomes a supportive tool rather than the foundation. By honoring how God designed the body and supporting it with nourishment, rest, and balance, the body is finally able to respond with clarity and healing.
I work with women who are ready to move from striving to healing, from confusion to clarity, and from exhaustion to peace. The goal is not just weight loss or better habits, but lasting healing that begins in the heart, renews the mind, and allows the body to follow in its own time.

Why I Get It
I’ve been where my clients are. I spent years losing and gaining the same 15–20 pounds, feeling stuck in an all-or-nothing cycle. Once I learned how to balance macros, manage stress, and shift my mindset, I maintained my weight for over two years—without extreme dieting.
